At Jollein, we work hard every day to meet our customers' needs. We are constantly working on improvements to our products and services. For some of these improvements, we work together with specialised partners on projects using European grants.
Digital organisational innovation
Jollein has been a leading player in the baby textiles and accessories market for many years. However, the market is changing enormously. In the business market, far-reaching demands are being made on digitisation and, related to this, the required automation of internal processes and organisations.
The world is becoming 'smaller' because of digitalisation, much more transparent. Other, new players (especially from abroad) are entering the market and the potential sales market can now be approached globally. Scaling up also puts pressure on the market price.
At Jollein, we are aware that products must be profiled strongly on online platforms by means of, among other things, strong internet marketing strategies, which enable a quick and adequate response to signals, trends and opportunities in the market. Together with external specialised partners, we work on innovating our digital organisation.
Adapting the organisational structure to a changing consumer market
Jollein has traditionally focused on business customers. Due to market developments and the Covid-19 pandemic, there was an opportunity to move into the consumer market. Jollein is actively working on improving the B2C approach, as the organisation was not equipped for this change. We are working with an external specialist to draw up a thorough plan for approaching the consumer market directly.
