Sales of our new 26/27 collection start on 18 June. From 1 July through the end of September we deliver in phases, so your store is restocked step by step with the latest items.

We make sure you receive the new Jollein items as quickly as possible, without unnecessary separate shipments. By adding extra intelligence to our delivery process, we can bundle available items more smartly. This keeps things clear, reduces the number of parcels, and together cuts the associated transport movements. That's more efficient for you and better for the environment.

On its way to you fast
Items from the new collection become available in 6 drops. At each drop we check which new items we can send straight to you
Automatic partial delivery
As soon as the items that have arrived for you together reach the minimum partial-delivery value (this is equal to the minimum order value), they are sent to you right away. Each shipment includes a packing slip showing the order number(s), so you can see which order lines have been delivered. On Jollein's B2B webshop you can see which order lines have not yet been delivered;
Always included for free
Do you place a regular order in the meantime (for example to replenish your best-sellers)? Then we include the new-collection items available for you free of charge — regardless of the minimum partial-delivery value. The standard minimum order value and the initial shipping costs for regular orders still apply;
10-day service
Are items waiting for you for more than 10 working days without reaching the minimum partial-delivery value? Then we contact you. This way you can easily top up the shipment to still qualify for free shipping.
*Please note: Standard minimum order values and shipping terms for regular stock orders remain unchanged.
